Research News

A searchable bibliography database on
Environmental Change and its Impact on Species/ Ecosystems/ Agriculture is now available. It has over 3300 articles on the impacts of climate variability and change as well as ozone depletion. This bibliography of peer-reviewed and grey literature (including journal articles, newspaper articles, reports and materials on the Internet) focuses on environmental change and its impacts on flora and fauna species and critical supporting ecosystems, as well as agricultural resources. It contains some Canadian information and is maintained by the American Society of International Law — Wildlife Interest Group. The bibliography will be updated every two months.

Climate, Energy and Pollution Program


Position Summary: The Climate, Energy and Pollution program at WRI is seeking an Associate to work on international climate policy issues. The successful candidate will have a broad understanding of environment, finance, and development issues from an economics and institutional perspective. Under the direction of the Director of the Climate, Energy and Pollution Program, the Associate will undertake research, policy analysis, project management and fundraising on climate change policy. The Associate will work with a team of WRI staff dedicated to developing an environmentally sound and economically efficient international climate policy architecture.
